Ledger is a business app made by AGP in Ghana. This page explains what information the app keeps and why.

What we keep

• Your account: your business email address. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider (Supabase) and is never visible to us.
• Your business records: what you type into the app, such as sales, expenses, products and product photos, customers, staff names and PINs, and your business name.
• Device information: a random device ID and basic device type, used to keep your account to the number of devices on your plan.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store your card, bank or Mobile Money PIN details. Subscription payments are arranged directly with us outside the app.

How it is used

Your records are used only to run Ledger for you: to show your dashboard, reports and reminders. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Records are stored in a cloud database provided by Supabase. The app is delivered through a web hosting provider. Each business can only see its own records.

Customers' details you enter

If you save your own customers' names or phone numbers in Ledger, that information belongs to you. Please keep it accurate and use it only for your business.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account. When an account is deleted we keep a private backup for 30 days in case it was a mistake, and then it can be removed permanently on request.
