By using Ledger you agree to these simple terms.

The service

Ledger is a subscription business app. We work to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will never have a fault or downtime.

Subscription

Plans are billed monthly. Pricing starts from GH₵50 per month for one business, and extra businesses cost more. Access can be switched off if a plan is not renewed. Your data is kept for a period afterwards so you can come back.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password and your staff PINs private.
• You are responsible for what staff record in your business and for the accuracy of your records.
• Do not use Ledger for anything unlawful.

Your data

Your business records belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for how they are stored.

Changes

We may update these terms and the features of Ledger. Important changes will be shared with account owners.
